Additional wildland fire season staffing as needed including Incident Command team members, Wildland fire investigation personnel, support staff and seasonal firefighters.

Coverage is provided by 3 officers on 24 hr Kelly shifts (1 per shift) and 2 paid personnel on 4/10 hour day shifts in addition to volunteer response. A volunteer scheduled duty officer responding in unit D51 augments night coverage. Vehicle accident and fire calls trigger automatic aid initial response from neighboring fire districts as well as CalFire and the U.S. Forest service if available
